Great service, and I'm enjoying a good chunk of those 70,000 calls you block every day. The only improvement I can recommend is some way to mute the single ring that you're unable to stop. Guests sometimes ask why our phone rings only once, which does give us the opportunity to explain your service. Keep up the good work.

NOMOROBO actually works and works well! I would not be without it. I enjoy hearing the one ring and then silence.

What a blessing to hear only one ring! The best gift I can give anyone is to introduce them to Nomorobo.

Thank you! I had doubts about nomorobo - I was so wrong! I love it! You all should win some sort of peace prize!

We used to get two or three calls a day. Now we just get one ring per call and then peace! Yet doctors offices reiminding us of appointments still get through. Amazing technology!

Works great. We love it.

We signed up for Nomorobo on our 2 landlines as soon as it became available to us, which was a little over a year ago. We cannot thank you enough for making our home robocall-free. We absolutely love the service. Every once in a while, a robocall gets through, but that is rare. On 2 phone lines for more than a year I think maybe a few calls got through. We are totally satisfied with Nomorobo and I have recommended it to others. I am looking forward to the day when this service is available on cell phones. Thank you so much for being innovative enough to have developed this service.
When you call back a spam number, you're playing directly into the scammer's hands. You could expose sensitive data on the call or make yourself a target for further scam attempts.
Getting calls and messages from numbers you think are spam? You can now confirm whether that number is spam with Truecaller's Spam Number Lookup! Enter the number in the search bar. Truecaller will show spam stats if it's a spam number, giving a detailed breakdown of their activities.
First, banks will never ask you to transfer money into a 'safe account'. It just doesn't happen. Second, banks will never ask you to reveal personal information including your PIN, or passwords for online accounts. If in doubt, hang up the phone and call your bank directly using the number on your credit or debit card.
Bank of America often sends messages from SMS short numbers for alerts, but we will never ask you for personal or financial information in a text message. Verify any phone number that appears in a text message.
When you respond, you confirm that your email account is active, making you a target for further attacks. Your email security tools might then recognize the attacker as someone you trust, allowing future phishing attempts to land directly in your inbox.
If you return the call, you will be talking to the owner of the spoofed number, not the scammer. Whilst it can be helpful to politely inform them that their number has been spoofed, it can be quite frightening for the individual if they answer their phone only to hear an angry voice accusing them of being a scammer.
If scammers have access to your phone number, they could potentially use it to hack into your online accounts — including your email, social media, and even your bank account.
